Description:

The County of Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania (the County) is soliciting bids for Road/Traffic Line Painting. Companies submitting bids must have demonstrated experience in said services as they pertain to municipals entities.

The successful respondent will furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to perform and provide road/traffic line painting services for the County of Lancaster and the LCCPB, in accordance with the following technical specifications, for a period of two (2) years commencing March 1, 2026.

Bidder must be a PA Department of Transportation pre-qualified contractor as specified in Section 102.01 of Publication 408 (2007 or latest edition). Documentation proving PA Department of Transportation pre-qualification status must be submitted with bid.
