Description:	RFP: The purpose of this Solicitation for eligible purchasers is to establish a DES Statewide Contract to obtain road surface & repair materials, including asphalt emulsions, sealants, concrete mix and repairs, & other roadway surface repair items typically used by the Washington Department of Transportation, as well as Washington Counties & Cities responsible for road maintenance repair items typically used by the WSDOT, as well as Washington Counties & Cities responsible for road maintenance.
