Description:	RFI#2: DES is in the process of developing competitive solicitation to obtain road surface & repair materials, including asphalt emulsions, sealants, concrete mix and repairs, & other roadway surface repair items typically used by the WSDOT, as well as Washington Counties and Cities responsible for road maintenance. DES is requesting input from current contractors, potential bidders & the business community through this Draft RFP. Please submit responses by October 14,2025.
