Kelby Street from Fletcher Avenue to Linwood Avenue
Linwood Avenue from Bruce Reynolds Boulevard to Main Street
Palisade Avenue from Main Street to Lemoine Avenue
Federspiel Street from Main Street to Old Palisade Road
North Central Road from Bridge Plaza North to end
Central Road from Bruce Reynolds Boulevard to Main Street
Central Avenue from Central Road to Hudson Terrace
