The City of Royal Oak, Michigan, is seeking Bids for 2026 Road Reconstruction Improvements , CAP2635 . Bids are to be received no later than 12:00 pm , on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 , through the procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/romi . This project includes removal of concrete pavement, concrete paving with a paving machine, sidewalk, driveways, sidewalk ramps, speed humps, signage and restoration of the following streets:

Greenway Avenue - Starr Road to north Pavement Change
Maplewood Avenue - 12 Mile Road to Sycamore Avenue
Nakota Road - Fernlee Avenue to Dead End


Traffic Calming:
Linwood Avenue - Woodward Avenue to 12 Mile Road
Berkshire Road - Greenfield Road to Woodward Avenue
Trafford Road - Coolidge Highway to Woodward Avenue
