2025 Road Projects (Asphalt Paving and Seal Coat)

Project Description: West Lampeter Township will receive online sealed bids for the 2025 Road Projects (Asphalt Paving and Seal Coat) via the PennBid Program (www.pennbid.net) until 11:00 AM Prevailing Time on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened via PennBid. West Lampeter Township Board of Supervisors will be scheduled to consider action on the Bid at their regularly scheduled Meeting on Monday, April 14, 2025 or at a subsequent meeting as determined to be in the best interests of West Lampeter Township.
All Bid Documents, Construction Plans and Specifications are available online via the PennBid Program at www.PennBid.Bonfirehub.com at no cost to prospective bidders.
Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to West Lampeter Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder(s) shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Instructions
The Township of West Lampeter reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids thereof, and waive any information in the bidding, as they deem are in the best interest of the Township.
