Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Chief Administrator’s office, Village Hall, 21 W Washington St, Chagrin Falls, OH 44022 until 12:00 p.m. on date June 20, 2025 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the
2025 LOCAL ROAD PROGRAM
NON-BINDING COST OPINIONS FOR REFERENCE ONLY: $350,000.00 COMPLETION DATE: OCTOBER 31, 2025
The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information (but not the bid forms) may be viewed and/or downloaded for free via the internet at

. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site.
