2026 Road Paving Program

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that West Whiteland Township located at 101 Commerce Drive, Exton PA 19341 is soliciting bids for: 2026 Roadway Paving Program for six (6) roads totaling approximately 19,500 square yards of milling and paving. Maps included with bid documents available on PennBid. Work will include Milling of bituminous asphalt and Paving with Superpave Asphalt Mixture of approximately 19,500 square yards, line painting of single white and double yellow centerline, with additional roadway legends, and an add alternate of four (4) ADA ramps to be retrofitted for ADA compliance. Sealed bids shall be submitted online via PennBid by Tuesday June 18th, 2026, at 1:00 pm, at which time they will be opened online and publicly posted on PennBid – www.PennBid.net. Prevailing Wages are in effect for this project and are available with the bidding documents. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day after September 30th, 2026, may apply for unfinished work. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
