ROAD MILLING AND RESURFACE

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, MOT, and incidentals to mill and overlay with two (2) inches of asphalt, replace striping/stop bars to existing patterns, and coordinate access with residents and businesses. Contractor is responsible for field verification of all lengths/widths and materials; provide advance notices and maintain access. Construction time: 120 days from NTP.

***Asmara St — Jefferson to Union St (≈350 ft) PRIORITY

W Kelly St — Keeling St to dead end (≈280 ft)

Tangerine St — N. Lemon Ave to dead end (≈436 ft)

Bailey Ave — Lamar Ave to Daniel Ave (≈492 ft)

E Early St — S. Brooksville Ave to Main St (≈810 ft)

Oakland St — Ft Dade Ave to Irene St (≈515 ft)

Beale St — Zoller St to Pryor St (≈436 ft)

Mae View Cir (≈137 ft), Wood Dr (≈522 ft), Kings Cir (≈215 ft)

S Mildred Ave — Daniel Ave to Lamar Ave (≈530 ft)

Note: Contractor to provide/confirm all lengths/widths, materials, amounts, and quantities.

-Street-by-Street Bid Schedule (REQUIRED): Provide a separate, total cost per street (itemized list) with unit-price backup (milling depth & SY, asphalt TN, MOT, striping/markings, utility adjustments, driveway/shoulder tie-ins). Indicate Overlay or Mill & Overlay and milling depth (in.) for each street.

-Basis of Award / Budget: City may award in total or any combination of streets, and may add/delete streets/quantities to match funding, using the Street-by-Street schedule.

-Brick Pavement Encountered: If brick is found, STOP WORK immediately, and notify the City for direction per applicable ordinance before proceeding.
