Road Materials for the County of Mercer and Mercer County Cooperative Purchasing System

The County of Mercer requests bids for Road Materials for use by the County of Mercer and the Mercer County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System.  The contract shall be for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1) year. The Road Department has estimated that they will require the following materials; however, the following are estimates based upon projections over the next year and the County may require more or less. Bidders shall provide the cost per ton for Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt materials and CrackMaster, or equivalent, Hot Pour Crack Sealant for  the job site and same day FOB Plant. The County will make every effort to provide orders two days in advance of the project; however, there are projects that will require same day delivery and pick up. The county will not pay charges over and above the bid pricing.  The County will award primary contracts only for each category as reflected on the proposal pages.  All questions may be submitted via Bidnet question portal or via email to ohibbert@mercercounty.org no later than question deadline May 6, 2025.
