2025 Road Maintenance Project – Starner Road Double Oil & Chip

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid program by West Cornwall Township for the 2025 Road Maintenance Project – Starner Road Double Oil & Chip until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 12, 2025. The bid results will be posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The work generally includes double application of oil and chip (bituminous seal coat) on Starner Road (1.01 miles). The project work is located entirely in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Individual descriptions of the work for each bid item are set forth in the bid documents.
Questions shall be submitted via the “Vendor Discussions” feature within PennBid.
Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry are not applicable to the bid work.
West Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
