Within the R.M. of Reford No. 379.

Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 1:00 P.M., local time, on Wednesday May 27th, 2026, for 7.4 km of Cementitious Subgrade Strengthening and Double Seal Coat on:
Grid No. 657 – 7.4 km South of HWY -14

Approximate total quantities:
• 88,800 m2 of Cementitious Subgrade Strengthening (Includes Hauling and Incorporating Gravel
• 70,300 m2 Double Seal Coat in Place (Two Layer)
• 1,000 m2 Spot Repair

Tenders will be opened in public in the office of the undersigned at the hour of 3:00 P.M, local time, on Wednesday May 27th, 2026. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “10 % of the Tender amount” valid for 15 days.

The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
