This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the RM of Arlington No. 79 to qualified contractors for the purpose of Road Construction and Clay Capping for multiple roadway segments, as detailed in RFP . The work includes building up the road, re-sloping of ditches as per specification, and finishing with clay capping the surface. RFP Closes at 3:00 p.m. May 21, 2026.
