The Township is soliciting proposals for technology (including data collection hardware and software employing artificial intelligence) capable of performing rapid, objective condition assessments on pavement surfaces and other assets including but not limited to manholes, storm sewer inlets and signs. The technology must also include fully customizable functionality and future upgrade options that will enable the Township to effectively and efficiently manage infrastructure assets.

Qualifications:

Ability to customize an interface with other software currently deployed by the Township (Geographic Information Systems, Spatial Data Logics)

Special Requirements:

Training
Vendor must provide the Township with on-site onboarding and training on hardware use and installation, data collection and web application use for initial kickoff, as well as subsequent training and support as needed and requested by the Township. Township and vendor shall coordinate dates.

Miscellaneous:

The applicant/proposer shall submit one (1) original proposal with original signatures marked “ORIGINAL” and one (1) complete and exact copy of the original marked “COPY” and should submit an electronic copy on a flash drive.
