NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, August 4, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
RMTC Barrack 16506 Renovations located in North Little Rock, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752617
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM, July 28, 2026, at 16506 North Dakota Avenue, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR. 72199. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501) 372-4011. Prime contractors may obtain one printed set of drawings and specifications at no charge. Subcontractors and Prime Contractors requiring additional sets may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics. Purchased bidding documents are non-refundable and non-reimbursable
