RM of Excelsior - Solid Waste Landfill Cap

On behalf of the Rural Municipality of Excelsior No. 166 (the RM, the "Owner"), your organization is invited to provide a unit price bid to complete clay capping of the decommissioned solid waste landfill located at SE15-17-11W3M, near Rush Lake, Saskatchewan.

The intent of this bid is to obtain a formal offer to construct and complete the following: Earthworks related to excavation, grading and clay capping of a decommissioned solid waste landfill.

All inquiries regarding the tender documents should be directed in writing no later than end of business March 10, 2025 to:

Submit one (1) fully executed scanned (PDF) bid on the bid forms provided.

The bids shall be signed, sealed and submitted electronically by 2:00 P.M. on March 14, 2025 to the following emails:

Alternatively, Bids may also be hand delivered in a sealed envelope marked "RM of Excelsior Landfill Capping"; prior to deadline to the following address:

The Bids will be opened by the RM the same day. This event will be closed to the Public however, inquiries can be made regarding Final Pricing by email to the Engineer.
The Successful Bidder will be notified on or shortly after March 19, 2025.
