The Rural Municipality of Francis No. 127 - INVITATION TO TENDER - Road Reconstruction – Clay Cap

• Sealed tenders will be received in the office of the Rural Municipality of Francis No. 127 until Monday May 4, 2026 12:00 PM Noon (local time) for the reconstruction, clay capping and gravelling of 3.2KM (2miles) of road located
• South half sections 25,26 15 – 13 W2 on Twp Rd 154
• The successful bidder must furnish all labour, materials and equipment required.
• Approximate volume of excavation is 5,656 cu. yds/mile of clay and 300 cu. yds/mile of gravel.
• The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
• Each tender amount must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond made out to the Municipality in the amount of 5% of the tender amount.
• Specifications and tender information may be obtained from the undersigned.
• Any changes or amendments to the Tender to be posted on SaskTenders.

PLEASE NOTE: That the Rural Municipality of Francis No. 127 will be bidding on this contract as per the provisions of the Canada Community-Building Fund.
