RIVERVIEW RESTROOMS

The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for IFB 26-16 for RIVERVIEW RESTROOMS .

Project Description:
Contractor will purchase and install a Smith-Midland Easi-Set Sierra Flush Precast Restroom.

1. Contractor will purchase and install a Smith-Midland Easi-Set Sierra Flush Precast Restroom. The precast restroom will have the following options:

1. Water Fountains (ADA compliant)

1. Electric Timer Locks

1. Contractor will provide all material, labor and equipment for the following:

• Prepare and construct the building pad per Smith-Midland Easi-Set specifications and per the approved site plan prepared by Line & Grade Civil Engineers. See attachment A.

• Install all water and force sewer lines. Contractor will install all designed controls to shut off force sewer main in the event of a flood per the design attached to the approved site plan.

• Install an electrical service specified by plans prepared by Line & Grade Civil Engineers. See Attachment A.

• Install all landscaping per the approved site plan. See Attachment A.

1. The Contractor will provide all supervision, equipment, labor and materials necessary to complete the work as described above including equipment needed to set the precast building on the prepared site.

1. All building and ground disturbance permits must be obtained by the contractor.
