Summary It is the intent of these plans and specifications to provide for a contractor who shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform in a professional manner for the Riverview Drive Water Main Loop project as shown in these documents.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to all work as described in this document for the install/extension/looping of approximately 1100 feet of new public water main on Riverview Drive from Mosel Avenue to Espanola Avenue and complete HMA paving as shown in these documents.
