Description
Project Description: The project involves the full removal and replacement of approximately 23,000 square feet
of existing low-slope ballasted membrane roof systems at Riverside Elementary School.
Work includes complete removal of existing roof system down to deck and installation of
new fully-adhered EPDM membrane roof system including insulation, protection board,
EPDM membrane, flashing and trim. Existing roof-mounted equipment to be removed and
reinstalled to allow for roof replacement.
