Rivershore - Oceanshore Fishing Dock Replacement

Volusia County is seeking the services of a State of Florida Certified General, Building or Marine Contractor to provide DESIGN BUILD SERVICES including permitting, design and construction to
reconstruct with new materials an existing County dock located at 1652 John Anderson Drive in Ormond Beach, Florida 32176.

The dock was damaged during the 2017 hurricane season and is eligible for Echo funding. The existing dock is a timber structure that extends into the inter-coastal waterway. Main boardwalk section is 6 feet in width constructed over 8-inch round marine piles with an approximate 12’x24’ end section running approximately north-south. The dock shall be rebuilt to match the existing dock footprint with pile spacing as determined by contractor’s engineer. Design Build Team to field-verify dimensions.
