This RFQ is open only to Prequalified parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor Status in the following category: Landscape Construction C7000300 or Landscape Maintenance C7000299

Bidding documents are located in SAP Business Network portal found at supplier.ariba.com

This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations.
