River Road Homes Site Construction Project at 3 River Road, Falls Village, CT

Falls Village Housing Trust, Inc. (FVHT) will receive completed, signed, and sealed bids up until 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 12:00 noon at the project site, 3 River Road, Falls Village, CT. Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, services and equipment necessary to complete the River Road Homes Site Construction Project at 3 River Road, Falls Village, CT. The project scope includes initial site work for subsequent construction of 16 units of affordable housing in 5 buildings, and includes clearing, erosion control, additional fill, grading, underground stormwater, road subgrade and base gravel course, site stabilization.
