The Town of Lunenburg, by and through the Town Manager, is requesting bids for removal and replacement of all exterior windows, new trim associated with the windows and window heads (interior and exterior), masonry repairs and infill, miscellaneous caulking, paint of the entire exterior of the building and install a new rod iron railing for the Ritter Memorial Building, located at 960 Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg, MA. Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Massachusetts. The IFB will be available after 10:00 a.m. on November 6, 2024 in the Town Manager’s Office at the Town Hall, 17 Main Street, 2nd floor, Lunenburg, MA 01462 or by e-mailing Julie Belliveau . Bids are due no later than 11:00 a.m. on November 27, 2024 in the Town Manager’s Office, Town Hall, 17 Main Street, P.O. Box 135, Lunenburg, MA 01462.
