PWGSC, on behalf of the Environment and Climate Change Canada, is issuing this request for standing offers for the acquisition of helium (pure or higher than 99.998%) contained in individual cylinders and/or in bulk carts containing 16 cylinders, including delivery to the following points:
1. Region 1: Maniwaki
2. Region 2: Sept-Îles
3. Region 3: La Grande IV
4. Region 4: Kuujjuaq
5. Region 5: Inukjuak,
as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
