RE: ADDENDUM #1, RFP NO. 20260367, RISK MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SOFTWARE – CLAIMS
MANAGEMENT
PROPOSAL DUE DATE: 3:00 p.m. (EST), APRIL 20, 2026
Firms are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract
documents. The following are issued to revise/clarify the proposal and contract documents, and these items shall
have the same force and effect as the original proposal and contract documents. Proposals to be submitted on
the above-specified date at Purchasing shall conform to the revisions and clarifications as listed herein.
ITEM # 1 QUESTION/ANSWER:
Q1: In Offline Mobile Capability, the RFP references “web/mobile (including offline capture).
Could you please clarify whether offline functionality is a required capability at go-live, or if it is
considered optional or a future enhancement?
A1: This is required at go live. We need the employees to be able to report claims from their county
issued cell phone, tablet, etc.
Q2: In TPA System Integration, does the County’s Third-Party Administrator (Commercial Risk
Management) provide APIs for integration, or is data exchange expected via file-based
methods (e.g., batch imports/exports)?
A2: They can do both I believe. We want to be able to file claims in our system and it automatically
feeds it into CRMS system live time. This is especially important for workers comp claims.
Q3: In EHS Module Scope, is the Environmental Health & Safety functionality expected to be
fully implemented at initial deployment, or can it be delivered in a phased approach?
A3: Yes, this needs to be fully implemented at go-live.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original proposal documents of RFP
No. 20260367. Firms are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their proposal forms.
