The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from which to select a qualified Firm to supply all labor, equipment, materials, installation, and support services required to establish and sustain a Risk Management Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Software Solution that will aid the Risk Management Team in consolidating, managing, tracking, and coordinating EHS incidents and inspections, insurance claim, OSHA recordkeeping and other reports.
