Project Description: SMART is seeking sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors to implement the Riparian Enhancement Project at Crane Creek Poppy Drainage located at the Sonoma County Crane Creek Regional Park in Santa Rosa, CA and perform one (1) year of maintenance following successful project implementation. Project includes site preparation, vegetation removal, erosion control, irrigation installation, planting of vegetation, and one year of maintenance following project implementation. Project implementation must be completed no later than December 31, 2025.
The Engineer’s Estimate for this project, including the one-year of site maintenance is $485,000.00.
