Ringgold Pool House Roof Installation

Successful bidder will provide all materials and installation for this project. The location of City Hall is 150 Tennessee Street, Ringgold, GA. The City of Ringgold hereby solicits and requests sealed bids for installation of roof and material at Martha Denton Pool House, per design.

Requirements: Upon award of contract, said contractor will be required to provide the following:
¿        Performance Bond or Letter of Credit
¿        Payment Bond or Letter of Credit
¿        Warranty Bond or Letter of Credit
¿        Certificate of Insurance for contractor and sub-contractor

STANDARD WARRANTY ON ALL WORK:
A.        Contractor shall issue a two-year warranty against defects in installed materials and workmanship.
B.        No dollar limitation on any of the above warranties.

SCOPE OF WORK:
An onsite visit is recommended ¿ contact Stephen Middlebrooks 706-428-1740 or parksandrec@cityofringgoldga.gov . This is an installation of ¿HIP¿ roof with standing seam finish roofing to match that of adjacent building (Patriot Hall), per design. A full set of original plans are available at City Hall for your review.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope and shall be marked on the outside with the name of the submitting company, and the words ¿Sealed Bid ¿ Pool House Roof Installation¿. Any deviation from the requirements set forth for the labeling of the bid envelopes shall result in said bid being returned to the bidder unopened and any such bid shall not be considered.

Sealed bids shall be addressed to the attention of Mark Vaughn and mailed to the City of Ringgold, P.O. Box 579, Ringgold, Ga. 30736 or hand delivered to the City Hall at 150 Tennessee St., Ringgold, Ga. All bids shall be received on or before the above designated date and time. Any bid received after this date and time shall not be accepted.
