Incomplete, ambiguous, or late submissions may be rejected. Submission Requirements Submit one bid per property, unless otherwise stated in the solicitation. All forms and attachments must be fully completed and uploaded. Bids must be clear and free of ambiguity. Faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted. The bidder is solely responsible for ensuring that the submission is successfully completed in Ion Wave or delivered to the address within the solicitation prior to the deadline. Award All bids are subject to review for responsiveness and compliance with the solicitation requirements. Final award is subject to approval by the City Council. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities as permitted by law.
