Scope of work generally consists of the work generally consists of removing and disposal of existing 90lb rail and replacing with new 115lb rail. Work also includes addition of new transloading rail track on east side of Rincon Road, and extension of three existing tracks on west side of Rincon Road and one track on the east side of Rincon Road.Â This is a lump sum bid item.
