Bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 17, 2026, at the County Clerk’s office in the Riley County Office Building, 110 Courthouse Plaza, Manhattan, KS. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 9:50 a.m. on June 18, 2026 during the Board of County Commissioners meeting.
Principal Items of Work:
The scope of work includes removal of existing partitions and framing, ceilings, flooring, doors, hardware, mechanical and electrical, and hollow metal door units. Install new partitions, doors, hardware, frames, ceilings, flooring, cabinets, mechanical and electrical and plumbing.

A Bid Security made payable to Riley County, Kansas in the form of a certified check on a solvent Kansas bank or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid price must accompany each Bid.
All bidders must be on the plan holders list to be eligible.
No Bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of 30 days following the opening of Bids.
