Project Description: The County of Bergen Department of Health Services, Office of Environmental Protection, 220 East Ridgewood Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652 is seeking a consultant to complete the NJ Worker and Community Right to Know Survey for the County's active facilities for the twelve (12) month period commencing on or about January 1, 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month contract renewal options. The County of Bergen reserves the right to exercise the renewal options.
