Right-of-Way Services On Call
Forsyth County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (¿County¿) is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide Right-of-Way Services On Call for the Forsyth County Department of Capital Projects.

Closing Date/Time: Proposals must be submitted electronically through the County¿s Euna (Bonfire) Portal no later than Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (local time). Names of submitting firms will be read aloud at 2:30 p.m. the same day.

Deadline for Questions: All questions must be submitted through the Euna Portal under Opportunity Q&A no later than 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Answers will be posted via written Addenda in the Portal.
Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to cancel this solicitation if it is in the best interest of the County. Proposers must comply with all applicable laws, including E-Verify and Georgia Open Records Act requirements.
