Right of Way Acquisition Services & Appraisal Services

Paulding County Board of Commissioners (Department or Paulding County") is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking qualified teams for Right of Way (ROW) Acquisition and Appraisal Services for PI001370; Cedarcrest Road, from Harmony Grove Church Road to the Cobb County line. Acquisition and Appraisal Services in this RFP includes ROW Project Management, Appraisal Services, ROW Cost Estimation, Pre-Acquisition, Acquisition, Negotiation through Closing, Valuation Services and Relocation Assistance, and Special Studies (such as cost to cure). This RFP seeks to obtain technical and cost proposals from such qualified teams. All respondents to this RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFP and follow instructions carefully. Paulding County reserves the right to modify existing provisions or include additional provisions, which are not addressed herein. Paulding County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion.
