Description (Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualified Contractors for the production of the RIGHT Assembly, NSN: 2840-01-615-5146. The Army possesses a Purchase Description for this item.
