Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is soliciting quotes for the
following: DEMOLITION QUOTE #DQ 26-265, 2330 Rifle Range Road, Winter Haven,
FL (Commercial). Quote packages may be obtained from the Procurement Division,
330 West Church Street, Room 150, Bartow, Florida 33830, (863) 534-6757, or
downloaded from our website at https://www.polkfl.gov/business/procurement/. Quotes
may be e-mailed to procurement@polkfl.gov or faxed to (863) 534-6789; mailed or hand
delivered to 330 West Church Street, P.O. Box 9005, Drawer AS05, Bartow, Florida
33831-9005. Quotations received after the stated date and time will not be considered.
SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools and
supplies necessary to perform demolition of 2330 Rifle Range Road, Winter Haven, FL,
according to quote specifications.
A MANDATORY site-visit will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. An
authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting as evidenced
by their signature on the meeting's sign-in sheet, or the Bidder's quote will be considered non-
responsive.

If submitting a "NO QUOTE", Bidder shall return this form to The Polk County Board of County
Commissioners Procurement Division, 330 West Church Street, Bartow, Florida 33830; or fax it
to (863) 534-6789 or emailed to procurement@polkfl.gov.
We have declined to bid on the above-mentioned demolition quote for the following reasons:
Specifications too restrictive. Insufficient time to respond.
Do not offer this service. Our schedule would not permit us to perform.
Unable to meet specifications. Unable to meet insurance requirements.
Specifications unclear. Other (please specify below).
We understand that if the "No Quote" form is not executed and returned, our name may be
deleted from the list of qualified bidders for the County for further projects.
