Description

THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted.

All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time.

Late responses will not be accepted.

PURPOSE. The State is seeking an initial purchase of two hundred and twenty (220) new NC15-5.56-14.5D Rifles, or State Approved Equal(s), for DNR Enforcement.

After the initial purchase, additional units may be purchased on an as needed basis by Minnesota State Agencies.

The State may consider alternative specifications than those detailed in Exhibit C, if the make(s), model(s), or brand(s) have comparable quality, style, and performance characteristics and allow the State to utilize the equipment in an effective manner. Responders are encouraged to submit alternatives if unable to supply the specific models called for in Exhibit C.
The State has the final authority to approve or deny the submitted alternative specifications.

designated above in the Section 1 - Instructions.
