RIFLE AND HANDGUNS FOR POLICE

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish contracts with one or more qualified companies to furnish 45 AR-15 type 5.56 short barrel (SBR) semi-automatic rifles and 35 Glock 17 Gen 6 and 35 Glock 17T MOS Gen5s handguns. All items purchased under any resultant contract(s) shall be furnished as new. No used or refurbished items will be considered. The City is also including a substantial number of surplus rifles and handguns as trade-in with this purchase. Companies may bid on any or all of the new or surplus items listed. The City reserves the right to award by line item, group or by total in whatever combination derives the best value.
