It is the intent of the City of Rock Island Parks and Recreation department to receive bids for meal catering services for the RIFAC Preschool Program for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Rock Island Parks & Recreation Department operates a DCFS licensed Preschool program at the Rock Island Fitness and Activity Center. The program serves 60 children daily throughout the school year. Approximately 40 students participate in the full day program which includes lunch, provided by the program.
