Ridley Creek Road Restoration Project

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by Upper Providence Township, Delaware County until 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 27, 2026 for the Ridley Creek Road Restoration Project.
The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work:
Site Preparation/Material Staging
Demolition
Erosion Controls & Perimeter Construction Fencing
Install Traffic Controls
Soiling Testing
Completed Grading plans that are sealed by a Professional Engineer with an engineered solution to stabilize the project area.
Guide Rail Restoration
Mobilization
Restoration of all disturbed areas
All Bidding Documents are available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay “PennBID” a fee of 0.003333% or $150-$6,000 of the contract award value.
Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000.
Township Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township.
