RIDER INFORMATION & TRIP PLANNING PLATFORM SOLUTION

Ben Franklin Transit, (BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the procurement of a proven Rider Information & Trip Planning Platform Solution. Proposals are due on December 9, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM (PST). Contractors can create a free account in BFT’s e-portal with OpenGov by signing up at: https://secure.procurenow.com/signup . Contractors will have access to download the solicitation documents. To submit a proposal, go to: https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/bft and click on “Submit Response”, then follow the instructions to submit the electronic proposal by the proposal due date. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for November 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM (PST) via Microsoft Teams. All questions and clarifications must be submitted via BFT’s e-Procurement Portal by 5:00 PM, (PST) on December 2, 2025.

BFT will award contracts, if at all, through the competitive negotiation process set out in this RFP. Proposers will be required to comply with all regulations applicable to Washington State and Benton County ordinances. BFT reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to cancel the RFP if it is in the best interest of BFT.
