Description:

Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) seeks a vendor to provide RICOH MFP fleet services.

Service includes maintenance on 265 RICOH printers (of all model types and ages) including labor, parts, toner, and staples. Color allowance of 1,125,000. B&W allowance of 7,500,000. Equipment has existing software such as Docuware, Kofax, nd Paradatec. 24/7 technical assistanceand rapid, expert onsite support.
