Description: SUNY Stony Brook intends to make an award for nine months of RICOH MFP Fleet services. Service includes maintenance on over two hundred RICOH printers (of all model types and ages) including labor, parts, toner, and staples. Color allowance of 1,125,000. B&W allowance of 7,500,000. Equipment has existing software such as Docuware, Kofax, nd Paradatec. The equipment is manufactured by RICOH. Vendors must be able to provide OEM parts. Vendors must be able to provide parts for equipment of all ages.
