RICHMOND INNER HARBOR FY24 MAINTENANCE DREDGING PROJECT

This procurement will be solicited as full and open, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Lisa Ip: Lisa.I.Ip@usace.army.mil.

Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The work includes maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner Harbor to -37.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1 foot of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification. Material to be dredged from Reaches 1 through 10 is suitable and shall be taken for placement at a Contractor-furnished upland beneficial reuse site. Material to be dredged from Reaches 11 through 13 is suitable and shall be taken for placement at the Government-furnished site SF-DODS or at a Contractor furnished upland beneficial reuse site. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

ALL BIDS will be due on November 12, 2024 at 01:00 PM PST. The specific date and time is identified in the solicitation.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.

Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from this site will require prior registration in SAM.gov.
