Description
The construction of proposed roadway infrastructure, parking lots, sidewalks/elevated boardwalk, fishing pier, floating dock and canoe rental structure for public access to the Richland Creek Reservoir. Construction activities will include; Clearing activities, demolition operations, grading operations, concrete and asphalt paving operations, erosion measures and construction of structures/piers/docks.
