Bid Synopsis:

Richland County is currently seeking bids to provide meal services for inmates housed at the Richland County Jail starting the calendar year 2026. The Richland County Jail does not have a kitchen, and meals will need to be prepared off-site and delivered. We typically house 20-30 inmates and lately have been in the lower 20s for population.
