Richardi Reservoir Pump Station Improvements

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, the Town of Braintree will receive sealed bids for Richardi Reservoir Pump Station Improvements. The project consists generally of the replacement of the existing pump, motor, column piping, structural work, electrical work, and painting.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Public Works office. A site visit will be held after the pre-bid meeting. Bids will be received (in Triplicate) at the Braintree Department of Public Works office, 85 Quincy Avenue, until December 4, 2024, at 11:00 am at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Bid deposits, performance bonds, permits, and payment bonds are required. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. The Town of Braintree retains the right to waive any informality or reject all proposals or any portion thereof which such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Braintree in doing so. The Town of Braintree is an affirmative action/equal employment purchaser.
