Dorchester County (the County) invites qualified firms to submit bids to complete Division I - Rice Mill Drive and Division II - 1st Bend Road Drainage Improvements Project. This project is being funded in whole or part by programs of the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (SC RIA #S-25-1409). The Contractor shall at all times comply with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference.

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) document provides background and general information for Respondents and should be used in the development of bids.
