The Form has been updated to specify that the visitor access request forms need to be emailed to usarmy.ria.acc.mbx.s3coe@army.mil. This will expedite the process of getting onto the island. All attendees who do not want delay the time it takes to obtain access need to send this form in.

Of note: The POC information being requested on the form is for the company registering, not your Government POCs. Failure to provide your name and email address will result in an inability to register for the event.

Vendors can register for this Industry Day at https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/ZB1e7Pj0wj. Optional questions are included to help shape the topics of the industry day. Registrations are due Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

All visitors without a Common Access Card (CAC) will be required to register at the Rock Island Arsenal Visitor Center and have an appropriate form of identification. Please see https://home.army.mil/ria/about/visitor-information for details on acceptable identification. The access form has been attached to this posting. It is HIGHLY recommended that individuals attending complete the form and bring it with them to expedite access for themselves and all attendees.

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Technology Center plans to hold an Industry Day on June, 4th 2026. It is tentatively scheduled to be held at Rock Island Arsenal. This posting is to notify Industry of the Government's intent to hold the Industry Day to assist with planning and travel arrangements.
